We are Mike and Giselle Colavita and we are the creators of BeCool Bands.We came up with BeCool Bands in order to solve an annoying problem...HEAT! It all started in the summer when I was trying to surprise Giselle by doing some yard work in front of our house. I picked the wrong day! It was over 100 degrees and I kept having to go inside to cool off. That same day Giselle, who is an avid runner, was telling me it was just too hot to run outside. From that point on we tried many different ways to keep cool while doing physical activities. We did a lot of research online and learned about our bodies’ natural quick cooling spots. After trying a couple of different methods we came up with what would become BeCool Bands. Giselle hand sewed a few for us and we had some friends try them out. After using them a few times and getting some great responses from our friends we knew we had something that worked. Word spread and people were asking us to make some for them. That led us to start BeCool Gear, LLC. We formed this company because we knew that others were experiencing the same annoyance as we were. We strongly believe in offering quality products that are made in the USA and will stand behind them. We look forward to having the opportunity of sharing our products with you.
